Der er stemt JA til OK25 – det betyder at vores nye overenskomst er vedtaget

Tak til dem af jer, der har deltaget i afstemningen om fornyelsen af vores overenskomst – det blev et overbevisende JA.

AC-overenskomsten i TDC NET/Nuuday er altså vedtaget og gælder for de næste 3 år indtil 1. marts 2028.

Vi har på et velbesøgt medlemsmøde den 24. marts 2025 gennemgået de ændringer der er aftalt og hvad de betyder for dig.

Hvis du er medlem af en AC-organisation og ikke havde mulighed for at deltage i medlemsmødet, sender vi gerne præsentationen fra mødet til dig. Send en mail og oplys hvilken AC-organisation du er medlem af.

Hvad er den videre proces?

Med et endeligt overenskomstresultat, skal de ændringer vi har aftalt, og som pt. er beskrevet i nogle protokoller, skrives ind i selv selve overenskomsten. Når det er på plads, vil overenskomsten blive up-loadet på ac-tele.dk

Samtidigt igangsættes de systemmæssige – og administrative ændringer, der er nødvendige for at implementere ændringerne i praksis. Vi forventer, at HR vil informere nærmere herom.

Thank you to those of you who participated in the vote on the renewal of our collective agreement – the result is a convincing YES. The AC collective agreement in TDC NET/Nuuday has thus been adopted and applies for the next 3 years until 1 March 2028.

At a well-attended member meeting on 24 March 2025, we have reviewed the changes and what they mean for you.

If you are a member of an AC organization and were unable to attend the meeting, we will be happy to send you the presentation. Please send us an email and state which AC organization you are a member of.

What is the next step?

Now that the collective agreement has been adopted, the changes we have agreed, and which are currently described in some protocols, must be written into the agreement itself. Once this is in place, the collective agreement will be up-loaded on ac-tele.dk

At the same time, changes to systems and processes necessary to implement the changes in practice are initiated. We expect HR to provide further information about this. If you have any questions, you are welcome to contact us at AC-Tele or your AC organization.
